The Values

We ask anyone occupying our space to uphold these values.

“I worry that if we let our real-life interactions be corralled by our filter bubbles and branded identities, we are also running the risk of never being surprised, challenged, or changed – never seeing anything outside of ourselves, including our own privilege.” — Jenny O’Dell

Our Why

  • the need in our community

Clients, especially neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQIA+ identifying adults are experiencing overwhelming loneliness.

They seek somewhere other than bars, gyms, or churches to connect with others in person.

Complex trauma impacts relationships yet is healed within relational contexts

  • the need among counselors

An overwhelming majority of counselors experience professional burnout.

Working with clients, especially addressing trauma, can take a toll on our mental and physical well-being.

Operating in private practice can feel isolating.

  • how we help

Red Dust Collaborative offers a space to engage with self and others in a supportive, safe environment.

We strive to help clients learn what drives disconnection and how to thrive in relationships.

Consultation is an effective way to reduce burnout. We offer weekly consultations for our core team as well as consultations open to local mental health professionals.

Community events promote grounding and co-regulation with others for community and professionals.

In real life.

Red Dust Collaborative resists the pull to be constantly stimulated and available to others. All workshops, events, consultations, and continuing education classes are exclusively offered in person. Let’s experience life beyond the screen together.
