CARE & CONNECTiON
In addition to individual and group counseling, our calendar of events ranges from consultation and continuing education for therapists, to social events and workshops to foster co-regulation and connection among the community.
PROGRAMS OFFERED
-
Workshops are geared toward the Community and promote learning and real-time experiencing. Workshops can range from education on the nervous system or relationship building to trying out new skills like somatic movement or meditation.
-
Community events are less structured, emphasizing social connection and grounding. Imagine making new friends over board games, crafts, books, or gardening (yes, actual gardening.)
-
Consultation is a great way to prevent burnout. Our team consults regularly, and we hold dates for Open Consultation. Are you a counseling professional needing support? Drop in for $25.
-
Geared toward counseling professionals, Continuing Education at Red Dust Collaborative is a great way to earn your CEUs or expand your clinical knowledge in a supportive environment.
-
Like our Community Events, but for local counselors. Come co-regulate over crafts, tea, gardening, games, and gentle movement. You’re welcome to attend Community Events, too, but these are held just for you.
-
Group environments promote a sense of universality, hope, and positive reflection. Groups may be support-based, focused on learning skills, or designed for recovery.
